Economy Slump Again

Few yrs ago we saw the most luxurous hotel in Dubai... never we thought they are another economic bubble~ People even say they can feel the impact (accumilation of bad debt) backdated up to 2 yrs back... 2 yrs!!! and it was not in any news ?
